You can speak to us online, you can request a video call with a clinician, you can send us pictures of your condition or you can speak to us over the telephone. We also offer face to face appointments throughout the day across all of our sites.

Please note, our urgent, same day appointments become available at 8.45am each day.  Please try and call before 10am, these are offered on a first come first serve basis. For routine and other appointments please call the surgery please try and call after 1.30pm as the phone lines are less busy.

Our nurses and HCAs offer a range of services such as cervical screenings, vaccines, travel clinic, sexual health checks, post natal checks, baby imms and many more services.

We work closely with our neighbouring pharmacy, Faith Pharmacy. We are able to refer our patients to this service for minor ailments. The pharmacist is able to offer you a consultation where you will be assessed, give you medical advice and issue a prescription if appropriate. This service is available Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Please speak to one of our reception team, if you wish to access this service.

To cancel an appointment please phone or come into the surgery. Please try and do this in advance so we can use this time for another patient.
